If you can't see the medals than make sure to go to your account via the My Account page and select the new layout in the options.

You should get most of them just naturally playing through the game.

hey creator of this game!
man, i liked this too much, its awesome, pretty cool, but i have difficult to find the last fail, i got: rocket, window, jetpack, grenade, nrg drink, teleporter, rope, parachute, brawl, cowboy, pillar, run and shoot,opacitator, table of the offices, guard reflex 1, guard reflex 2 and other i dont remenber, can you give some tip of the hardest fail, please?
and the secret medal, waht i need to do? please guy, i need your help, i want to rock this awesome game

The secret medal is hiding from you. And I can't really help you with the last fail if you don't know all the fails you got.
